Refund and Returns Policy – EGO Clothing

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 10 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Please note:
Items showing signs of wear, damage, or strong odors (such as perfume, detergent, or smoke) will not be accepted.
Accessories (e.g., caps, jewelry, bags, bottles) and intimates (e.g., socks, undergarments, bodysuits) are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
If your product meets our return conditions, we will issue a store credit (excluding any shipping fees) to the email used for your order.
Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can only be used once.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued as a store credit.
Please note that refunds exclude any original shipping charges.
If the item was received damaged or defective, or if you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund/store credit, depending on product availability.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of receiving your order.
We will guide you through the exchange process.
If the requested item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit valid for 12 months.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including:
Gift cards or store credits
Accessories (caps, bottles, jewelry, bags, etc.)
Undergarments, socks, or bodysuits (for hygiene reasons)Items showing visible damage, stains, or odors
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, wrong product shipped).
In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid return label or arrange a courier pickup through our partner service.
All returns must be pre-approved by our support team before sending items back.
Processing Time
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your returned item.
Please note that it may take additional time for store credits or refund confirmations to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
